This is my take on the tomato feta pasta recipe that has taken the internet by storm. It is the perfect quick meal, and it is so so easy.
Ingredients For This Roasted Tomato Feta Pasta Recipe
This may be the shortest ingredient list I’ve ever written.
Cherry Tomatoes – Classic red tomatoes or use a fun color to spice up the dish!
Feta Cheese – This cheese creates the perfect sauce.
Pasta – Any shape works, try protien pasta if you are looking for a protien boost.
How to make Roasted Tomato Feta Pasta

This recipe is so simple! It is perfect as a side or top it with roasted chicken and serve it as the main dish!
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice your washed cherry tomatoes in half.
Toss the cherry tomato halves in olive oil in a 9×13 dish. Spread them in an even layer, and create a well in the center of the dish.
Fill the well with your feta cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. While tomatoes are roasting, boil your pasta according to box directions.
When pasta and tomatoes are done, combine in the 9×13 pan and serve.

Additions and Substitutions
- Feta Cheese
- Substitute with: Goat cheese, or whatever your favorite crumbly cheese it. If you don’t have any on hand, you could also cut a block of whatever you have into cubes and use that, although it may slightly change the consistency of your sauce.
- Why: Make the recipe work with what you like, or with what you have on hand!
- Pasta
- Substitute with: Protein Pasta
- Why: Protein pasta is a great way to be able to incorporate pasta into recipes while still hitting your macros!
- Additions
- Bell peppers or other veggies: This is a great way to make your sauce a little more complex, or to sneak in some veggies for picky eaters!
- Chicken, shrimp or spicy sausage: Adding a protien is the perfect way to take this from a side to a main course. Serve the protien on top of your pasta or mix it in!

Storing Tomato Feta Pasta
Storing this is easy! It will keep in an airtight container for one week. If you add a protein, this might not last quite as long in the fridge. Freezing is not recommended for this dish.

Top Tips for Roasted Tomato Feta Pasta
- Don’t rush the tomatoes: Let them roast until they are beginning to brown and crisp up.
- Add a protein: I can’t stress this enough. Adding a protein like chicken on spicy sausage will take this dish over the top!
