No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients

I am almost positive you have these ingredients in your pantry!

Sugar – Plain white sugar is perfect, but you can always swap for brown sugar or honey!

Butter – I’ll tell you to use unsalted, but let’s be honest. I’m using whatever I have, and you probably can too.

Milk – Whole milk, 2% or a dairy alternative are all great options!

Cocoa Powder – Plain unsweetened cocoa powder is perfect of this.

Vanilla – This might seem unnecessary, but it really builds the flavor.

Peanut Butter – I have been loving this peanut butter lately. They also make some fun flavors of almond butter!

Oats – I use quick oats. You could try old-fashioned, but it might change the texture a little.

How To Make These No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Combine the sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder in a large saucepan and bring to a rolling boil for one minute.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla, peanut butter, and oats.

Form balls of the batter in your desired size on wax paper and allow to set up for at least thirty minutes. You can flatten the cookies slightly if you prefer.

Storing No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies can be stored for up to a week on the counter in an airtight container. They can also be frozen for 3-4 months in an airtight container or sealable bag.
