What is the best way to cook salmon?
Honestly, this is up to personal preference. The air fryer is a quick and convenient option. However, you can’t go wrong with your traditional pan fried salmon. I heard it said that your pan fried salmon will always turn out if you cook it for exactly three Tom Petty songs. Now if you try that, don’t come for me is it does not turn out. I just share the information I learn. A classic baked salmon with lemon is another favorite. My husband would be so disappointed if I did not mention grilled salmon. There are so many fabulous ways to cook salmon, but for today, lets go back to air frying.

Is salmon good for you?
Salmon is known for its many health benefits. It is high in protien and omega-3 fatty acids. It is rich in many nutrients such as copper and potassium. Did you know it is recommended by dieticians to eat salmon or another fatty fish three times a week. That is a HARD goal to achieve in the landlocked Midwest, but hey, we’re trying for it in this household.
